Our quality philosophy is not restricted to manufacturing but encompasses all stages of the product from conceptualization and design until it satisfies the need of the final consumer

Central to Emzor’s quality assurance is a well established and fully equipped laboratory manned by highly skilled professionals.

All inputs – water, raw and packaging materials as well as finished products are subjected to comprehensive analysis, for conformity with international quality standards, before release. We carry out manufacturing in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). There is Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) in place, which is a reflection of our commitment to Total Quality Management. Self-inspection teams conduct regular technical quality audits.

Consistently high quality products - are obtained by strict adherence to standard operating procedures in all aspects of our operations. We recognize that quality of the input material play a major role in the quality of the product, hence all our prospective and existing suppliers are appraised, classified and certified as part of effective supplier partnership.
